busy busy busy!!!

I can't believe how fast the summer has flown by!!! We've been so busy but I don't feel we've really done much!! Because of our work schedule we weren't able to do some of the things we had planed, the state fair, the zoo, and a few others but that's ok we've had a lot of fun. We've taken a lot of walks and bike rides, gone to birthday parties and play dates, and spent lots of time with friends.

The boys are getting so good at riding their bikes that Daddy is planning on pushing up Lex's training wheels soon. We still have to walk with them, they get stuck a lot but by next summer we will be able to take family rides. The boys love it!!

We've spent a lot of time lately with Uncle Mikey and Aunt lisa at their house, also known as The Petting Zoo!!!! The boys love it because they have their daughter Natalie to play with, a huge yard, and animals galore!!! A snake, rabbits, hamsters, rats, a nasty spider, 2dogs and a cat, good times. Oh yea and Lisa spoils them rotten LOL

We've also started hanging out with Jen and her boys Andrew 8, Asher 3, and Arron 1.
We took them all bowling yesterday. That was an experiance let me tell u. I'm pretty sure the owner was glad when our 2 games were over but we had a lot of fun. the boys all loved it, ran around like crazy, ate a crap ton of pizza and acted like heathens. Got to love toddlers lol


School started for me Monday. I have English Comp, Essentials of Algebra, IVT 101, and Intro to Micro Computers this semester. One week in and I already feel like my brain is mush. The hardest part is figuring out and keeping to a schedule. Expecialy sense the boys start school this week. Lex actually starts today. He's in the Mon-Thurs 1- to 2:30 class, and Harrison is in the Tues and Thurs morn 8:30-10 class that Lex was in last year. I'm sad I'll miss his first day but I figure its not to bad sense its not his first first day...did that make sense lol. Harrison starts tomorrow so I'll get to get him ready and off on his first day. Lex says he's excited to go back and see his teachers. Harrison is about to burst he's so excited!!!!!!!!

A few days ago the boys were cuddling on the couch....and there was no screaming involved....NOT normal. When I asked what they were doing, I was told they were playing the baby game. Harry was being the daddy, Alex the baby. HAHA so cute. Lex was goo goo ga'ing and Harry was holding him and patting his back saying , its ok baby your a good baby. HAHAHAHA I took these Pics as fast as I could before one of them could start swinging hahaha

Harrison and I were in the car the other day. This is the conversation we had. Had to laugh!!!

Now of course I was expecting a "U mommy" or "Daddy" or even "Piper" but no. He says ALEX. Of all things he could have said, this wasn't what I had expected!!!

So I said, Alex is your fav person in the whole world? Even when he's being mean and beating u up?
He said, Well yea mom he's my bubby!

How cute is that.

Earlier in the week Harrison begged me to go to McDonalds for lunch. I told him Mommy didn't have any money, and he said Oh no is it all gone??? all shocked like haha. I played along and said Yea baby its all gone.
so Yesterday I asked the boys what they wanted for dinner. As usual their response was McDonalds. I said no mommy doesn't have the money for that, and Harry said Is it all gone again. so I played along again and said oh yea baby.. Lex not to be outdone on the drama scale comes up next to me and pats my sholder and tells me. Its ok mommy Nanna has moneys she'll give it to me. He was soo serious it was soo funny!!!!!

Ball games and a B-day Party

Saturday was Lex's last T-ball game of the year. He did great, stayed on the field the whole time and had a few great hits. After the game coach Clay treated all the kids (even Harry) to ice cream at Linders. He even got a cute little trophy!!!

Later that day we went to a b-day party for our friends Jess and Max's oldest, Haydon, at Max's mom and dads. (Max's older sister Sarah is on of my best friends) We had a great time swimming with the whole crew. Harry did great. He jumped right in with out anyone hanging on to him. After cake and ice cream we set up the pool volley ball set and we played forever!! SOOO much fun!!

FATHERS DAY CRAFTS

This year the boys and I ...ok mostly I...*S* made change jars for the grandpa's and Brownies for the great grandpa's. I found the change jar idea on line. They turned out really cute. They say
"I wouldn't "CHANGE" my Grandpa for nothin" lol Tim's has the boy's handprints, Shane's has M&M stickers on it, Daddy's has cars, trains, and airplains, and My dads has Halloween stuff on it.... Also for my dad, I made and ordered online a vanity plate for the front of his new toy lol

Memorial Day Weekend

Memorial Day weekend was fun. Daddy had the whole weekend off. We took the boys on bike rides, and swimming at grandma Shirley's house. Then hung out with my best friends family. Played some Rock Band! Good times!! LOL Monday Lex was in his first parade with his T-ball team. We sat with Mom, Dad, Mal, Tee, and all the kids. They loved the horses, and thought it was way cool that Lex got to be in it!! Later we took Piper and the Boys for swimming, and a cookout. We met up with Grandma and Grandpa ( Tracy andTim), and uncle Brian and his family. We got rained out but, we still had lots of fun!!

OH my rotten boys!!!! We had fun today!!! Spent alot of time outside now that its hot and sunny!!!!! The boys have found out how much fun bugs are. Harry even picked them up!!! LOL They had to head straight to the tub. They were head to toe chalk and dirt hahaha
